The prices listed are for non-commercial purposes only. If you need artwork for commercial purposes, let me know, and we will discuss pricing and terms accordingly.Services
• Make sure my style fits your vision!
• You are paying for a service digital service. The final deliverable will be a digital image file (.png) sent to you via e-mail.
• I do not offer printing services. However, if you intend to print the artwork yourself, let me know, and I will provide a high-resolution printable version;
• Feel free to send me any reference/detailed descriptions that can help me, if possible. Good references and descriptions lead to better results!
• Please be mindful of alterations! I work in stages, and once a stage is approved, further modifications will not be made in later stages unless a revision fee is paid. Make sure you are satisfied with each step before approving it!Deadlines
• I'm not a full time artist, I have a regular job that take eight hours of my day and is unrelated to drawing. Therefore, I will require a longer deadline;
• However, this does not mean the wait will be excessively long. I will estimate an average deadline when you make a request;
• If I encounter any issues and cannot complete the artwork on time, I will notify you and provide a discount on the final payment;
• If anything arises that may delay the initially estimated delivery time, I will inform you as soon as possible;

The payment is only in USD through Paypal and 50/50.
• I will request you the PayPal payment through an invoice only.
• The first 50% will be when I start the commission, not when you contact me.
• I will send you an e-mail to advise and after the 50% payment is done, I'm going to start your request.
• If you don't answer until a 3 days, I will proceed to the next one in the wait list.
• The second 50% must be before I send the final image, I will advise you via e-mail when it is due.Alterations and others fees
• When necessary, I will proceed with revisions only after the payment of an additional fee;
• You will always be informed in advance if a revision fee applies.
(For example, if you approve the sketch, I will notify you that any further changes in the next stage will incur an additional charge).Refunds
• Refunds are only applicable until the end of the sketching phase. You will receive an update when the sketch is completed;
• Refunds are no longer allowed during the rendering phase or after the artwork is finished;
• If you are eligible for a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you directly.
