Terms of Service (ToS)

About the terms, use of artwork, services and deadlines

About this terms
I will send it to you before I accept the commission. If you proceed with the request, I will automatically understand you agreed with it. So take a time and read carefuly!Use of artwork
The prices are for only non-commercial purpose. If you need an art for commercial purposes, let me known and we will discuss about the prices and terms properly.Services
- Make sure my style fits your idea!
- You are paying for a service that is all digital. The final deliverable will be a digital image file (.png) that will be sent to you via e-mail.
- I do not print! Perhaps, if you intend to print for yourself, let me known and I will sent you a printable version of the image.
- Stay free to send me any reference/detailed information that can help, if possible. This will help a lot my job and to have better results.
- Please be careful with alterations! I work with a process, so if a step is approved, I do not do any other alterations in the next stages until a payment of a fee tax, so make sure what you want before the next step!Deadlines
I'm not a full time artist, I have a regular job that take 08 hours of my routine and it is nothing to do with drawing, so I will need a deadline a little bit longer.But it doens't mean so loooong, I will estimate a average deadline when you do a request.If I have some trouble and can't finished in the right time, I will notifie you and give a discount in the final payment.

Payment

The payment is only in USD through Paypal and 50/50.
- The first 50% will be when I start the commission, not when you contact me.
- I will send you an e-mail to advise and after the 50% payment is done, I'm going to start your request.
- If you don't answer until a 3 days, I will proceed to the next one in the wait list.
- The second 50% must be before I send the final image, I will advise you for e-mail too.
- I will request you the PayPal payment through an invoice.Alterations and others fees
When is the case, I’ll proceed with the work after the payment of the fee and you will always be notified before any possbility to exist a need to pay a fee (Example, if you approve the sketch, I will advertising you that any other alteration in the next stage will be charged).Refunds
- Refund is only applicable until the end of sketching phase (you will be given an update when the sketch is finished).
- Refunds are no longer allowed during rendering phase or once the artwork is finished.

Icons

Prices start at $25 USDDescription
The icons are short illustrations, only until the head or shoulders of the character. The prices depends on completion, if the painting will be more or less complicated.

CHARACTER

Prices start at $40 USDDescription:
A drawing of a character could be a portrait, half or full body.
The art final could be sketch, flat colors or render.
The prices can change depends on the level of body and art final.Level body
Portrait: $20 USD
Half body (until waist): $ 40 USD
Full body (below waist): $ 50 USDFinal art
Lineart only: $ 20 USD
Lineart + Flat Colors: $ 25 USD
Render: $ 40 USDSo it's [Level body]+[Final art] = Total priceCharacter only as the name says don't include backgorunds. Just one flat color that you can choose or the PNG character with transparency.

Full Illustration

Prices start at $150 USDDescription
Full illustrations are drawings with background and full painting, with rendering finalization. This will take a amount of time for me to do, so be patient. I will notified you every step that I finished.
